Founder and CEO/Accenture Interactive @ Founder and CEO of Accenture Interactive a global integrated software and services company addressing the key challenges of marketing transformation facing the Chief Marketing Officer in the digital age. Accenture Interactive grew out of one of the New Business Initiatives I supervised in my role as Accenture CSO. I spearheaded several acquisitions on behalf of Accenture Marketing Sciences[AMS] designed to extend its capabilities footprint and to equip it for the emerging digital challenge. Then in early 2008 I took over direct responsibility for AMS in addition to my role as CSO. In this position, I formulated the vision, positioning and operating model for Accenture Interactive ,leveraging the capabilities we had built previously. Accenture Interactive was launched with an "instant"global footprint in September 2009 and aggressively expanded. I led the first two pioneering years of operations to prove out the model, whilst recruiting key leadership from the marketing ,advertising and software industries and making additional acquisitions to round out capabilities ,before handing over to a hand-picked successor. Accenture Interactive is now a major player in the marketing space and one of the fastest growing parts of Accenture.
