From February 2008 to 2016 (8 years) Principal Consultant @ Paragon • Led a project team in the implementation of a New Account Opening (NAO) system to onboard FOREX currency trading customers in a highly integrated and automated manner using the Documentum product stack.• Led the full life cycle content management platform for this Healthcare provider from conception to installation including requirements, design, multiple installations platform installations, development, testing and deployment leveraging Documentum and Captiva. • For the Consumer WCM Division upgraded Documentum Content Server, Web Publisher, Site Caching Services, Media Transformation Services and several custom DFC integrated Java and .Net applications including a fully custom .Net content editor from version 5.3 to 6.5. Several environments where upgraded from Development to Production and full documentation was provided including Project Plan, Current State, Design / Upgrade Strategy, Gap Analysis, custom installation/upgrade documents for each component and Lessons Learned.• For the Professional WCM Division performed similar steps on a completely separate environment including Content Server, Web Publisher, Site Caching Services and many custom DFC based Java applications including a third party content editor. As above, several environments where upgraded including production and full documentation was provided.• Environments were primarily Red Hat Linux with Windows where required for MTS and .Net applications. Oracle 11g was the database of choice.• For a division of the United Nations, Architected and Managed an installation, configuration and deployment of a content and records management system across multiple departments using Documentum 6.5.• Technologies used included: Sun Solaris 10, Oracle 10g R2, Documentum 6.5 including Content Server, Index Server, WebTop, Records Manager, Physical Records Manager, Retention Policy Services and Business Process Services. From February 2008 to 2016 (8 years) Consultant @ KHI • AT&T - Lead design/development role in a Portal System bringing over 50 Web Applications and 30 Telnet Applications together with a common launch and login. • AT&T - Executed business-to-business integrations using Oracle 7.3 and Cold Fusion.• AT&T - Part of a small team that housed, developed, and maintained the largest Microsoft SQL server known at the time. Microsoft desired to showcase the system in its marketing campaigns aimed at Oracle clients. The complete system used DEC Alpha hardware with a Cold Fusion user interface. From 1996 to 1999 (3 years) Project Manager / Architect @ NorthPoint Solutions • Large Benefits Company - Designed and managed a web based benefits enrollment and billing application. Project highlights included integration with IBM AS400 application/data servers and Interwoven ECM using: Java (Spring, Hibernate, Axis), MySQL, Cold Fusion, Ruby• Pharmaceutical Company - Designed and managed the project lifecycle of a Documentum Content Management System allowing legal documents to be quickly created, approved and processed through a web based system and Office integrations, thus greatly streamlining company procedures and workflow using: Documentum 5.3 Content Server, WebTop, Java, .NET• Global Financial Institution - Designed, managed and partially developed a Document Management System for loan origination documents using: Documentum 5, WebTop, Administrator, Application Builder, DQL, Java, J2EE, Oracle, and UNIX.• Large Financial Services Firm - Developed a Documentum Document Management System. Web Publisher provided a robust content entry point for a system incorporating document versioning, reuse and sharing of content by ‘chunking’ of documents into separate logical pieces, automating creation of XML, HTML, PDF output and proprietary renditions of documents. • Leading Publishing Company - Provided design direction and proof of concepts for an internal team implementing a Documentum Content Management system integrating Digital Asset Manager (DAM), Web Publisher, and Media Services to manage Text Book, Work Book, and On-Line assets including audio, video, images, charts, and text.• Commercial Real Estate Company - Analyzed, provided support and proposed enhancements and a migration plan to upgrade a Documentum 4i System with Intranet Client customizations to Documentum 5 with WebTop Customizations. • Large University - Designed, architected, managed, and co-developed a Faculty Administration System using Oracle 9i, Resin J2EE, and EJB-CMP. From March 2003 to February 2008 (5 years) Senior Consultant @ Ness Technologies • Serono - Developed a system to streamline compound approval processes using Weblogic 7.0, Oracle 8i, Documentum WebTop 5.1, Web Publisher and Documentum E-Content Server 5.0. • Using Weblogic 7.0 and Documentum DFC5 Libraries, developed course grained, loosely coupled Web Services exposing Documentum Core Functionality to a wide range of platforms without the need to install third party software.
