From January 2000 to January 2003 (3 years 1 month) Retail Lead Supervisor @ Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Retail Department. Responsible for setting up several brand new stores which included pricing, merchandising, traffic flow, and theming. Improved both internal and external loss prevention issues. Grossed over $650,000 with a 30% COS in one store in a 4 month time.
