I don't love software just because of the technical challenges but because of the impact it has, to improve the lives of others. One of my objectives in life is to imbue my career with that love.

Support/Implementation Specialist @ From October 2014 to Present (1 year 3 months) Technical Analyst @ From June 2013 to September 2014 (1 year 4 months) Junior Developer @ Assigned to develop an Android application for company’s next major software solution. Worked on the entire SDLC. Participated in capturing requirements. Designing the Android app as well as assisting in the design of the server software and web API's. Deployed and managed a source code repository and bug tracker. (The company did not have either at the time). Configured, tested and deployed companies Fleet Tracking products. Developed a .net based tool for configuring trackers via JasperWireless M2M API. Conducted research & development for a CCTV based traffic/people counting software. From June 2012 to February 2013 (9 months) Manager @ Main responsibilities were inventory control, vendor relations, merchandising, monitoring sales managing staff, helping customers with concerns, HSE (health safety and environment) and record keeping. As a manager it was necessary for me to available at all hours and to learn quickly. Occasionally performed CSR role which involved cashiering, customer service and cleaning. From June 2000 to June 2012 (12 years 1 month) Software Developer/Team Lead @ Team lead and developer on an industry project required for CST diploma from BCIT. This practicum was a continuation of practicum one. Successfully completed the software and delivered to client. From January 2009 to April 2009 (4 months) Software Developer/Team Lead @ Team lead and developer on an industry project required for CST diploma from BCIT. Responsibilities included keeping the team on schedule, communicating with client and resolving technical issues. Project required going through entire development life-cycle; determine requirements from the client, design the software, implement, test and then deploy the software. Projects main objective was to create a software package that performed secure, scheduled transfers of large files between clients. Software built using C, XML, openpgp and libcurl. From September 2008 to December 2008 (4 months) Programmer/Team Lead @ One of the team leads and programmer on a large project involving most of the students from 1st and 2nd year CST which was over 50 students. Project was to develop a chess program with online play. The team was responsible for completing classes assigned by the project manager. As team lead my main responsibilities were keeping the team on task, meeting regularly with the project manager and other team leads and ensuring classes passed unit tests before being checked in to the repository. I was also fully involved in programming tasks. Software was written using Java, XML and PHP. From May 2007 to June 2007 (2 months)
