With over 6 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, Steven has rotated through various Citibank businesses and held multiple positions, each of which was a promotion and carried additional responsibilities. In Steven's previous role within Citi at Work, he led development of a comprehensive marketing strategy and the first-in-Citi iPad pilot. As Citibank's Funds Transfer Product Manager, he led three phased implementations of Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act Section 1073 (DF1073), developed a comprehensive strategy focusing on driving revenue growth and led cross-business reviews with Senior Management in preparation for regulatory reviews of DF1073.
Steven has since taken a new role, and promotion, with Morgan Stanley as the Client Segment Manager for multiple business units including: Institutional Wealth Services, Corporate Equity Solutions, Graystone Consulting, Internal Employee Offer and Corporate Retirement. Steven and his team works closely with each business unit to develop marketing strategies that utilize cross-business synergies while maximizing cost savings between initiatives and vendors.
