As a Program Manager for a Hale System UAV research and development, My goal is to be in line with Google's Principle of providing Internet access to those who have yet connectivity issues in this world. Previous to this as a Systems Engineer/Project Manager I have presented and published numerous papers on SI Journals and presented at related conferences. With a specialty background in Optics and Wafer Fabrication for electrical sensors; In the past six years I was part of the team that delivered 3 essential payload sensors. During the process, I have over seen R&D for RF component's up to Systems Integration of the payload, to Launch Support for these payloads. In addition, to these task I was the Lead Systems Engineer for the Special Test Equipment Team. Prior to becoming a Payload systems engineer I have been involved in communication/wireless field for residential/commercial usage.
My current interest area is on product development and program/project management at a Startup environment in Mobile Platform.
Program Manager @ The Google Project Titan Aerospace is a manufacturer of High Altitude Long Endurance (HALE) solar-powered Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV). Titan operates a research and development facility located in Mountain View, CA where we are working with the FAA to obtain airspace for flight testing within the National Airspace System and Special Airworthiness Certification for the Solara aircraft.
My responsibility includes:
> Interact with groups of engineers to provide leadership for one or more development programs.
> Write or assist in writing a requirements document, suggest alternate design routes, and provide guidance about design choices that may take into account objectives of other programs within the company.
> Create and track schedules as needed, and work with the technical leads to help resolve issues that may be impeding progress.
> Technical Decisions to all Network Communication R&D phases From 2015 to Present (less than a year) San Francisco Bay AreaSenior Systems Engineer @ Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems. Coordinates integrated testing activities. Reviews and evaluates test requirements to insure completeness of test program. Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations. Generate test scripts, operate System Test Controller and test sets/equipment, develop test procedure, collect and analyze test data, write test report, support testing, lead team with various daily tasks.
For Satellite Launch Period, tasks include On-Orbit anomaly technical resolution and Launch Command Team Technical Expert Support.
Additional Tasks have been Lead Next generation R&D effort with proposals, market analysis, and Technical Publication, Patent, Conference Proceeding. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. From 2009 to 2015 (6 years) Greater Los Angeles AreaLDP Systems Engineer @ Part of the Leadership Development Program, Manage technical relationships with AT&T customers, internal organizations (network, product development, marketing, etc.) and third party solution providers (hardware, software, etc.) as well as coordinate resources during the support of wireless data solutions and managed services.
Drive for the sustained growth of the highest revenue generating solution implementations by providing "Subject Matter Expertise" and technical troubleshooting in the resolution of critical post-production technical issues related to network, device or application that cannot be resolved using normal support channels.
