Property Finance - established one of the first property Limited Liability Partnerships and arranged a £100m finance facility. Property Valuation - has provided valuation advice on assets worth in excess of £400m and developments with a value in excess of £2 billion. Property Management - currently manages properties with a value in excess of £400m with a turnover of £12m per annum. Expert Witness - has provided expert witness advice in a number of Court cases.
