Digital Marketing Consultant @ Specialising in activating Salesforce.com CRM, Blirt deliver exceptional client service in digital marketing whilst building long term relationships with clients. Working across several industries, we work with clients to build and execute digital marketing strategy through competitive research, identifying customer insights, building customer journey maps, content plans, managing marketing automation services and optimizing campaigns for future performance. From October 2015 to Present (2 months) Sydney Area, AustraliaDevelopment Marketing Officer @ Working as part of the Development Marketing Team I looked after the marketing, stakeholder and community communications for new residential developments in NSW. This role required a high degree of project management skill, juggling several developments at once, whilst creating, modifying and implementing marketing communication plans throughout the development life-cycle. In addition to this I took on the role of ‘Digital Champion’ for the Team, updating web pages, creating a marketing portal to share information as well as implementing digital communication campaigns across multiple channels. From March 2015 to October 2015 (8 months) Sydney Area, AustraliaMarketing Associate @ As the member of a small National Marketing team I had the opportunity to develop a wide range of successful marketing activities and strategies. These included: the creation of both traditional and digital product/brand advertising campaigns targeting B2C customers (EDM, social media, web videos, print media, affiliate marketing); utilising web analytic tools to measure and maintain digital channels; provide design input and written copy for PR, advertisements, digital and sales materials; and working with external design, media, PR and print agencies to successfully deliver campaigns and communication materials. Whilst with Adbri I was proud to take a major role in the major upgrade to the Adbri website leading to a 200% increase in website traffic and 500% increase in sales enquiries; work with an external SEO agency to achieve a top three ranking in a number of our key search terms; as well as creating and implementing a social media strategy. From January 2010 to March 2015 (5 years 3 months) Sydney Area, AustraliaSales & Marketing Graduate @ As a marketing graduate I was required to complete a major project in three six month placements, whilst also assisting with various other sales and administrative tasks. Projects: • Adelaide Brighton Cement This project required the development and presentation of a business plan to introduce a range of small, easy to handle, bagged cement products for the DIY market. • Adbri Masonry With a number of pricing strategies operating within each state at the time, this project looked to investigate and develop a ‘best practice’ model for national pricing. • HY-TEC Concrete Operating for over 20 years without a website, this project required the research, development and creation of a digital strategy for HY-TEC. From July 2008 to December 2009 (1 year 6 months) Marketing Internship @ A three month internship to research, benchmark and formally provide recommendations for the improvement of this local council website, in an effort to better serve its constituents.
