I am a student in MSA program in University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and will graduate in May 2015. Before I enrolled in the current program in UIUC, I worked as a full-time audit associate in Deloitte Beijing for half a year. I was responsible to conduct audit procedures to review the financial statements of our clients and communicate with them based on our findings. My team and I finished the year audit project in 2 months and maintained high-level of satisfaction from our clients. Because of the extraordinary performance, I got an Exceed Expectation (EE) rating (top 20%) and also a recommendation letter from my manager in Deloitte. During undergraduate period, I also had several internships in Deloitte, PWC and Bank of China (Beijing Branch). Apart from the working experience, I also get involved in some on-campus organizations and activities. I am a current member of Chinese Business Students & Alumni Association (CBSAA), aiming at helping Chinese students to explore working opportunities and get connected with experienced professionals and alumni. We organized several meaningful activities this year such as career fair pre-heat and alumni panel, receiving positive feedbacks from students.
