Campaign Management Strategy
Led the capability planning and business architecture effort to identify and address long-term needs to solve chronic efficiency issues with end-to-end campaign management processes, systems and tools. Pricing Capability Planning and Development
Led the business architecture and development effort to decouple remaining card pricing elements from the product definition allowing greater pricing flexibility and improving time to market of new pricing offers. Led reengineering effort of Year End Summary production yielding yearly change in technology costs from $1.5MM/year to $125k/year. Directed effort to bring Amex Assurance Company into American Express, including managing all associated technology development, hardware and software procurement, as well as organizational adjustments. From January 2006 to December 2008 (3 years) Director Interactive International and Consumer Card Technologies @ Drove team of end to end project managers and business systems analysts to implement interactive Consumer Card technologies solutions including a strategic investment in a small start up initiative designed to gain learnings in the Internet Service Provider space. Managed interactive portfolio for international consumer card, travel, and merchant organizations including development of apply site capabilities, instant decisioning capabilities. Managed usability labs, A/B testing and assessments of multiple interactive designs, collaborated with design agencies to deliver interactive pages.
