From May 2010 to Present (5 years 8 months) Vice President Consumer Product Development Asia @ Managed a 60 person team - 2 locations : Hong Kong and Shenzhen. Accountable for Consumer Product P&L (US$ 200 Mi). Set strategic product direction for American markets (US, Mexico, Canada). Managed Industrial Design, Product Management, R&D, Sourcing and Quality for the Audio Video division. . From January 2008 to April 2010 (2 years 4 months) General Manager - Product Management -Based in Hong Kong @ Managed a 262-person team throughout 4 locations (Singapore, HK, Shenzhen, Indianapolis). Defined and developped global Audio-Video products for Europe and North America. Mix of in-house (own factory) and sourced products. Accountable for P&L. Supported global turnover of US$600~700 Mi with up to 100 new models per year. Achieved annual cost reductions of US$50+ Mi per year. Restructured and reorganized Asian Operations to support company's sale repackaging. Overall staff reduction from 262 to 127 employees.
