Responsible for nationwide and International full life cycle recruiting efforts within the federal and commercial sectors of our business. Managing our growth strategy for new candidates across the nation. Recruit candidates through job boards, networking, various professional media sources, as well as third party vendor relations. Responsible for prospective candidates to be screened, interviewed and processed in both a timely and consistent manner. Updates the career opportunity postings and closings via Teksouth’s corporate website. Attend career fairs to source new candidates in both new and existing Teksouth markets.
