Successfully leading CPIP (Continous Product Improvement Teams) for Product Engineering Quality issues resolutions for all Carlines for two GM India Car Plants and after sales issues.
•Leader for CKD parts Localization & VAVE for all Vehicle Carlines and Power-Trains. Exceptional Year on Year net material performance (NMP) savings including all Techno-commercial activities out of which considerable amount was from Technical Savings (VAVE) working with all COEs ( SMTs) and continuously exceeded targets for savings for GM India from 2011- 2014. There is consolidated plan of savings till 2017 on-target. From July 2010 to August 2015 (5 years 2 months) Senior Divisional Manager, Mini Car Divison, South Korea @ Worked as Program Engineering Manager on design and development for India ( Gas, Diesel , LPG) and for Europe ( LPG model ) market, providing inputs to designers and working on implementation of the Launch of vehicle in these regions.
