On a personal level I love sports, reading, and traveling. My favorite sports to play are basketball, golf, tennis, and long distance running. I completed my first marathon last year (CIM - Folsom to Sacramento). It is my goal to someday complete an Iron Man and a 50k marathon. I know I have a long way to go and I love every bit of the journey along the way. I am a philosopher on life and I read books that expand my mind, motivate me to be more, and help me understand why the world is the way it is. You could say I'm a passionate student of happiness, spirituality, motivation, and business. With my clients, it is my goal to be a trusted advisor and responsible debt manager. I want to help my clients understand the concept of strategic equity and the concept of arbitrage. I will show them how and help them to be in a position to pay their mortgage off as quickly as possible while recouping any interest paid on that loan and more. I look at a mortgage as a tool to enhance a prudent financial plan.
