I am active as a Project Manager Business Model Innovation in the iMinds Living Lab.
In Living Lab research we involve users and stakeholders as early as possible in the innovation project in order to test and co-develop the innovative (digital) solution of startups, SME's and corporations. I am responsible for business model workshops and B2B innovation research at iMinds-SMIT-VUB as a project manager business model innovation in the iMinds Living Labs department.
Earlier, I worked as a business development manager in Myanmar/Burma establishing the local office of SBE NV in the scope of the Prince Albert Fund in the civil engineering consulting industry in Myanmar. Previously I worked as a business development manager in AIESEC in Belgium leading the sales team. Additionally, I gathered international and intercultural working experience during my internship at Siyaram Exports in Jaipur in India.
I am a graduate 'Entrepreneurship and Innovation' at Antwerp Management School and 'Business Engineering' at Ghent University. During my studies I developed entrepreneurial skills writing 2 business plans, and being a regional finalist in the Hult Social Enterprising Challenge.
The skills I was able to develop throughout my previous experiences are business modelling, international business development, sales, entrepreneurship, networking, team management and cultural awareness and integration.
Project Manager SME Business Model Innovation @ iMinds Living Labs supports SMEs, startups and corporations with business model and user innovations using the Living Lab methodology . Throughout Living Lab projects, we co-create digital innovations with the companies we work for and their stakeholders.
My role is to ensure the business model impact of the Living Lab project through business model workshops. Additionally, my main expertise is on applying the Living Lab trajectories on Business 2 Business innovation.
