In 2007 I Co-Founded and was responsible for the sales of a Mezcal broker in Mexico City. My professional experience goes from startups to Fortune 500 companies. I also worked for a Private Equity firm and was deeply involved in the merging and operations of two of their investments. In addition, I supported the board of directors, the operating partners and the management team. I am currently working as a Sales Finance Manager with Microsoft for the $2 billion Enterprise Services business in the United States.

I have provided business insights and analytics to the sales leads and I have partnered closely with sales and marketing to help drive the business. I successfully led two projects that included: improving the sales reporting metrics and creating a sales model to better manage sales pipeline and forecast. To achieve success I had to gain buy-in from the leadership team but most importantly I had to collaborate with Marketing and Sales and build-on some of their work and ideas. From 2013 to 2013 (less than a year) Redmond, WAManager, Finance and Strategy @ PAGF is a Private Equity fund focused on the U.S. Hispanic Market. I was part of the management team of two of the fund's investments: a money services business and a loan business. I worked with operating and managing partners of the fund on the merging of these two portfolio companies. I was the head of Finance and Strategy and I was involved in business development and turnaround management among other things. One of the main projects that I led and originated was an initiative to offer loan services in the stand alone stores of the money services business. I had to work with the operations and sales teams to execute this project and the results were very favorable and had a significant impact on the bottom line. From 2010 to 2012 (2 years) Houston, Texas AreaAssociate Director, Planning and Operations @ Grupo CP is Latin America’s leading insurance group with its headquarters in Mexico City, it is a partner of Arthur J. Gallagher International and the Private Equity fund Evercore Mexico Capital Partners.Reasinter is a portfolio company of the group and is the second largest reinsurance broker in Mexico with operations in Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Peru. I became the youngest manager of the group and I gained a seat with the Executive Treasury Committee, reporting directly to the Chairman of the Board. I was in charge of the strategic planning and operations of the reinsurance broker business. One of the main projects that I led was a due diligence process that resulted in an investment from Evercore's Private Equity fund and a long-term partnership with them. From 2008 to 2010 (2 years) Mexico City Area, MexicoCo-Founder and Sales Director @ I Co-Founded a "Mezcal" (agave based spirit similar to Tequila) venture in Mexico City, supporting local producers of Oaxaca, Mexico. I was in charge of the sales and distribution of the high-end handcrafted products that we produced and I managed the relationship with suppliers and customers. From 2007 to 2009 (2 years) Mexico City Area, MexicoProfessional in Development - Leadership Development Program @ CEMEX is a global building materials company headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico. I was selected among more than 500 applicants for the elite leadership development program of CEMEX in 2007. I rotated through Corporate Sales Planning and Operations. One of the projects with more traction and visibility that I worked in was with the VP of Operations in Mexico. I designed and implemented a business model that provided visibility on the overall raw materials process for the cement plants in Mexico. I collaborated with the Operations, Supply Chain and Transportation teams to put the model together and it resulted in significant cost savings and a better management and understanding of the raw materials needs.
