Robert exceeded his business and people objectives in 2014, successfully leading multiple cross-functional Asset Strategy projects. Robert joined the team in February and quickly made an impact by taking on challenging projects/platforms. His leadership on PC, Cookies and Funyuns resulted in the approval of $80MM in Capex, delivering over 40MM Lbs. of capacity along with $8MM+ in productivity. His thought leadership and financial analysis on the PC platform has helped develop an actionable game plan that will deliver growability needs through 2017. From a people perspective, Robert was an active leader on the Mosaic ERG (Co-Chair) and played a key role in shaping the 2014 strategic and operating plans for the group. His efforts in partnering with Field Sales and the FLNA Multicultural team lead to the development of the Black History Month “Create to Celebrate” PPW/TMD contest that generated over $2MM in revenue. In addition, Robert helped onboard our CFO as the new executive sponsor of Mosaic and was active member in recruiting Michigan and National Black MBA/Consortium students. Education Award and 2015 Frito‑Lay Inclusion Award. From March 2013 to November 2015 (2 years 9 months) Finance Manager @ · Managed full P&L planning and forecasting process for $400MM warehouse business,
forecasted cost lines of P&L with 98% accuracy, while providing recommendations to
senior leadership for solving cost variances, contributing to profit performance of
$7MM better than 2013 plan.
· Gained expertise of PepsiCo Warehouse Logistics (SAP) system, leveraged for
developing 2014 warehouse AOP, and for planning and post‑auditing $63MM in
innovation most notably for the Stacyʹs brand.
Robert is a great business partner and an invaluable member of the team. His experience and knowledge will be greatly missed as he moves to his new role. He worked on improving our processes and linkage with Chicago and their planning/reporting systems, he also developed a deep understanding of our P&L and shared his knowledge with the rest of the team. Convenience Foods business; developed key insights on growth levers that contributed
to 2011 sales performance of $78MM better than plan.

Robert had a great year with the IC Team. He took on the additional responsibility of being the Finance Manager for the Military Channel. There were few tools in place when he started, and he has now has built several models and tracking tools that will be passed on to his successor. Creating the new forecasting model and close management of the merch accrual are especially noteworthy. Robert also spends a great deal of time managing Selling Expense and supporting Baked Snacks G&A.
Robert has demonstrated his ability to manage competing priorities and provide reporting and ad hoc support to both Sales and Finance Executives. He takes pride in his work and always exhibits a positive attitude. He is quickly becoming an expert on both the Military channel and Selling Expense. Robert has also demonstrated his ability to influence cross functional leaders when the Military Sales leaders took his recommendation to cut Trade Spending, which resulted in savings for the company and reversed the Q1 worse than plan spending to finish the year on Trade Plan.
