Major projects included: * Re-platforming Sears.ca from the Amazon platform to a best-of-breed solution * Introducing features like recommendations, apply & buy, enhanced store locator, internal search optimization, etc. From March 2009 to August 2010 (1 year 6 months) Email Marketing Specialist @ I managed the strategic development and tactical execution of all email marketing for Canadian Tire. Major projects included: * Dynamic email product selection based on click behaviour * Dozens of acquisition contests * Database cleaning and standardization * Acquisition, retention, and engagement strategic planning From December 2006 to March 2009 (2 years 4 months) Online Marketing Coordinator @ I was responsible for managing the ever-changing ad placement on www.canadiantire.ca, one of the top 3 trafficed bricks-and-clicks retailers in Canada. As well I project managed the development of microsites, display/search advertising and print advertising to support corporate initiatives. From December 2005 to December 2006 (1 year 1 month) Account Coordinator @ I worked as an account coordinator for a full service advertising agency building print, broadcast, online and direct elements for a variety of clients. From April 2005 to December 2005 (9 months) IDS Investigator @ A 16 month internship in financial investigations -- looking at discrepancies between accounting and custody and taking action to ensure positions balanced.
