From March 2011 to Present (4 years 10 months) Head of Locum Recruitment (Sales Director level) @ After 18 months as a Social Work Consultant I was promoted to Head of Locum Recruitment, where I was responsible for all of Sanctuary's locum recruitment, growing the team, training and development, P&L responsibility, and I reported directly to the share holders of Sanctuary Personnel.
When I took over, the department's annual turnover was £7m, and by the time I left in February 2011, the annual turnover was £35m. This meant that Sanctuary was the largest independent Social Work agency in the UK.
Throughout my time as Head of Locum Recruitment I continued to be a billing Consultant and my desk turned over in excess of 3m annually.
My personal achievements and the achievements of the outstanding team I built around me resulted in my team and I being fortunate enough to gain the following awards.
