From October 2013 to October 2014 (1 year 1 month) Senior Property Manager @ My role as a Property Manager is to ensure the properties i manage are maintained and the investor is well informed of the progress of the their investment.
Additional responsibilities of my role are making sure the rent is collected on time, handling each property's financial operation and ensuring utilities, property taxes and maintenance bills are paid in a timely manner.
