Having grown up in the hospitality industry, I have had numerous jobs in all areas of this trade. From January 2011 to Present (5 years) Waitress and Bar Tender @ Initially starting as a junior waitress at the Willowbank, I added duties throughout my time with the company. I also worked behind the bar, and undertook chamber maid duties. From April 2009 to June 2010 (1 year 3 months) Instructor @ I instructed all aspects of horse riding and equine care, including dietary requirements, daily care, and medical care. I was also responsible for training new horses up to the necessary standards for use in the riding school. As a member of the equestrian team, I took groups of up to 6 children and their mounts on rides from 3 hours to over night trips.
