I joined Catalyst in June 2014 as finance director, with nearly 15 years of experience in housing finance. I have led a variety of projects, specifically in business planning and analysis, management reporting, risk management, governance, and culture change. I have also held non-executive director positions in the NHS and housing, and am currently on the board of trustees of two London-based arts charities.

During my time at RHP, both Finance and Development were included in my brief, and I worked with a newly established team to deliver RHP's first Affordable Homes Programme. From March 2011 to May 2014 (3 years 3 months) Director of Resources @ NDH own & manage 3,300 homes in North Devon. As Director of Resources my role included Finance, HR and IT. While I was with NDH I worked closely with all the managers and teams to deliver a change programme which delivered significantly increased customer and employee satisfaction - and IIP Gold in 2011.
