This included Employment Systems Review, Workforce Analysis, Numerical and Qualitative goal setting for employment equity 3 year action plan as well as drafting policies as they pertain to employment equity legislative requirements.Project was completed in 4 months and within the organizational deadline, 4 months ahead of government deadline.
