Member Board of Trustees @ Recently elected to the Board of Trustees of this marvelous orchestra that provides high-quality, innovative outdoor classical music concerts for free to the people of the City of Boston during the summer months. Most concerts (weather permitting) are held at the Hatch Shell on the Esplanade along the banks of the Charles River in Boston. Idyllic and inspiring! From September 2015 to Present (4 months) Member Board of Overseers @ This is a non-fiduciary position with the BSO which helps in fund-raising and interaction between the orchestra and the community on a number of levels. Having a life-long association with this great institution, I'm honored to be part of growing the future for the orchestra. From September 2011 to Present (4 years 4 months) Executive Committee / Board of Trustees @ I represent the administration of Boston University at the executive level of the Huntington Theatre Company. From 2009 to Present (6 years) Vice President for Administrative Services @ I oversee the operation and budgets for the Boston University Police Department, Human Resources, Student Health Services, University Mail Services and WBUR-FM, Boston's NPR News Station. From September 1993 to Present (22 years 4 months) Assistant Vice President @ Representing the Office of the Executive Vice President, I managed the operations of the University's Office of Publications Production, Office of Media Services and Sports Broadcasting operations for Boston University Hockey in addition to numerous special assignment projects. From October 2004 to October 2005, I served as Acting General Manager of WBUR-FM, Boston's NPR News Station brining the station back from a serious deficit operation to financial health. From June 1999 to May 2005 (6 years) Director of Operations @ Oversaw the initial set-up and staffing of WABU-TV working directly with President & GM on the launch of programming and operations. Directed day-to-day operations (production/air operations/computer support & systems/internship program with Boston University College of Communication/transportation) and a variety of other functions after the station went on the air in 1993.
