My leadership roles included go-to-market transformation, culture change and customer engagement, as well as creating and turning around large business units. From May 2007 to November 2011 (4 years 7 months) Director, Partner & Corporate Markets @ Led the £450M turnover C&W Worldwide Communications Provider, Reseller & Corporate markets back into growth; transforming the business from a focus on traditional telecoms products towards a future as a leading provider of cloud and network based services. Running strategy, market development, sales and service. From September 2010 to October 2011 (1 year 2 months) Director, Systems Integrators & Alliances @ Built a new SI & Alliances business; enabling Cable&Wireless Worldwide to win £180M of new business from some of the largest and most exciting cloud communications, hosting, infrastructure and SaaS projects ever attempted. From April 2009 to August 2010 (1 year 5 months) Director, Business Development @ Delivered transformational sales and marketing change programmes together with leading on major deals; working across the business to create new propositions, go-to-market capability, demand creation and fulfilment models, as well as leading innovative customer and colleague engagement programmes.
