Expanded the Perrigo CI model from a project, floor-level focus to a robust model clearly setting deployment standards in a balanced way for leaders, managers and associates, with a focus on connecting concepts and progress to driving desired business results reporting progress to the Perrigo Executive Committee and other Leaders monthly. Establish structured levels of portfolio and project communication-collaboration to monitor progress, escalate issues, and problem solve. Establish visuals to help GSA and business partner functions understand the boundaries and connections between legal, regulatory, clinical, development, and marketing constraints. From May 2005 to July 2012 (7 years 3 months) Supervisor and Sr. Supervisor, Analytical R&D @ Perrigo Lead a team of 11 scientists to support development and submission of ANDA and NDA products, development and launch of US OTC products, and raw material (excipient and API) changes. Established capacity monitoring systems for ARD, FRD, and RA. Developed visual work system for ARD product development steps to assure consistency and sustainability which served as a platform for later QBD process development. Cycled many ANDA products through including one Rx approval in just over six months from initial filing.
