Management of 18 people (5 teams within the Content Dept.) :
- Acquisitions : management of CanalPlay's annual budget for contents acquisitions. Definition of the editorial content strategy and negotiation.
- Editorial and programming : editorial animation of CanalPlay's platforms (weekly and monthly contents refresh, collections, etc)
- Publication of the programs on every platform CanalPlay is displayed on
- Data analytics : analysis of the contents viewing to enhance content selection and negotiation
- Contract administration : implementation of the buying conditions in the service back offices
Technical workflow supervision : involved in defining and implementing new options, functions, services and user tools whithin CanalPlay's exploitation back-offices infrastructures.
Since June 2015 : global supervision of CanalPlay's new Digital Series prebuy and coproduction activities. From September 2014 to Present (1 year 4 months) Head of SVOD/VOD acquisitions @ Responsible for CanalPlay SVOD and VOD acquisitions service activities.
Management of a three people team: two senior collaborators and an intern.

Definition and application of the content acquisition strategy of the major French SVOD service:
- Management and investment of the annual Content budget
- Development of KPI management dashboards for the acquisitions service
- Define acquisition strategy : content type and volume, refreshment rates, identification of new high potential programs and licenses, balance between editorial and commercial value of each program
- Editorial programs selections, in collboration with the Editorial manager.
- Negotiation and renegotiation of licensing deals with Major companies
- Brief and coordination of joint negotiations of Canal + Group’s buyers
- Negotiation and approval of business partnerships with right grantors
- Legal follow-up and contract negotiations
TVOD/
- Optimization of CanalPlay VOD’s licensing conditions (TVI and OTT)
- Negotiation of new licensing deals to widen and enlarge the licensed program volume, nourish the editorial and thematic promotional offers, and increase the CA
- Negotiation of media and business partnerships around new releases on the service From May 2013 to August 2014 (1 year 4 months) Local acquisitions video product manager @ Analyzed market and defined strategies for local release of acquired projects (either both theatrical and video rights or video rights only)
Cooperative work with the local acquisitions theatrical releases project manager.
