Director of Operational Support @ - Support the COO Performance in the delivery of safety, environmental, commercial (EBITDA, Opex, Capex) and technical performance of Steam & Biomass, CCGT, Hydro and Wind assets (more than 50 GW) in 11 countries and to create and deliver short term value through optimization and continuous improvement of operations and maintenance. - Coordination and delivery of the operational planning for Steam & Biomass, CCGT, Hydro and Wind technologies. - Development and delivery of the operational excellence framework including all cross fleet performance improvement, knowledge management and short term optimization of the assets to improve their safety, commercial and technical performance. - Development and delivery the implementation of biomass strategy and ensure reliable and economic biomass fuel supply for the operating assets and future projects developement. - Create value through optimization of fuel and by-products management activities for Steam & Biomass and CCGT assets and to ensure CO2 emission compliance.
