Once the new Seqirus IT organisation is established a transition to that team will be effected during 2016. Olex ran a project to replace their ERP system, BPCS, with SAP. SAP successfully went live in January 2010. I was engaged late in the project during the final stages of testing to lead the change management effort. This entailed a range of activities including:
