Collaborated with technology teams, software vendors and business stakeholders to form cross-functional, product-focused teams. This led to improved quality, reduced development time and improved ability to react to changing commercial priorities. - Grew the business analysis function and capabilities as Paddy Power moved into new products and geographies. In particular, this required reorienting the team to focus on mobile apps, and our role in delivering these products has helped establish Paddy Power as a market leader in this area. - Led significant development projects such as the integration of new Casino, Poker and Bingo products and extensive improvements to the Sportsbook website.
