I am a software engineer who specializes in the construction and automation of test and build frameworks. I am especially interested in automated system testing, continuous integration, streamlining development processes, and infrastructure as code. My favorite current technologies include Docker, Jenkins, Python, and the Atlassian tool suite.
Before becoming a software engineer, I spent 8 years in the United States Air Force as a diesel equipment and HVAC technician, followed by 2 years at United Rentals while I pursued a bachelors in Information Science - and managed to maintain a 4.0 GPA while working a ton of overtime in the process.
