Paul has extensive experience in the London insurance Market having worked for Lloyd's Managing Agents and insurers at both senior and technical levels. He founded the consultancy Argent Business Solutions mid-2010 which focused on best practices and then also appointed as a Director of GPA Consulting Services with effect from 1st January 2013. With the issues facing the delegated authority space some of which were highlighted in the FCA thematic review published in June 2015, Lloyd's implementation of the Control Framework effective January 2016 and Solvency II Pillar 3 reporting requirements the time was right to join Advent and work with Managing Agents to help them solve many of the significant issues arising. We are pleased to announce that Sharon Sharkey has now joined to head up our asset recovery service including repatriation of loss funds, finding a home for trapped funds, collecting outstanding debt and LOC reconciliation.
