When PJ Bain was first announced as the new Chief Technology Officer for PrimeRevenue, I couldn't believe it. I had always heard about PrimeRevenue and its technology, but never had I seen the real thing. I interviewed with them, and they made me a partner with a primary focus on technology. I was very excited to have the opportunity to work on the next big thing PrimeRevenue was offering.From the beginning, I was able to see the difference that PrimeRevenue was making. We had a large team working on similar goals, but we were constantly working on new and innovative ways to improve the PrimeRevenue system. We accomplished a lot in the short time I was there, but I know that we can even do more in the long term! I credit our team with making PrimeRevenue the success that it is today.I also spent a lot of time working with grow entrepreneurs and founders. I had the opportunity to help them build their businesses, and I learned a lot about how to make the business work. I was also able to help these companies grow fast and make a lot of money. This was a really amazing experience, and I was really proud of how PrimeRevenue was able to do this.IREM is also a really interesting company. I was able to meet with their CEO, and I was really impressed with how he has been able to grow the company so quickly. He has a lot of vision, and I think he is going to be a great leader for IREM in the future.Overall, these experiences have taught me a lot about what it takes to be a successful leader in technology. I have been able to work on projects that have impact on a lot of different entities, and I have learned how to build a great team. These experiences have made me a better leader, and I know that I can do even more in the future.
