Database tier of the platform works under MS SQL Server, MS OLAP. The maintenance of the platform included loading new data, adding and customising reports, charts, etc. for analysing the data for a client account on the client request, creating new client accounts, creating new releases of the platform, testing the platform after software update and hardware changes, regular planned testing of the platform. Contributions: - After each data import, performed regression tests of client accounts to ensure all reports are represented correctly. - Smoke and functional testing of changed/added reports, charts, etc. to client accounts against provided specification, regression testing. - Derived test conditions and test cases from provided specification for newly created client accounts, performed functional testing, integration, acceptance testing of the newly created client accounts. - After migration of client accounts to a new release of the platform, performed functional, regression, performance and load testing. - Performed planned regular regression testing against predefined test cases. - Reported defects in Mantis. - Performed confirmation and regression testing for fixed defects. - Worked in team with other QA Engineers, collaborated closely with operational engineers and software account managers who communicate with clients directly.
