Partnering with the Recruitment manager, successfully implemented Taleo v7.5 (Applicant Tracking System) for Westfield UK; carried out an internal review of current HRIS (Ceridian) and prepared a business case for either staying with the current system, upgrading to Ceridian's HRevolution or migration to Peoplesoft; successfully completed the compensation and benefits process for 2010 and 2011 cycles; developed the current monthly HR board report; technical lead in the Long Term Forecasting process; technical lead on the integration of the new Benefits provider and the HRIS as well as the company's compensation process for 2011.
