This client side experience is coupled with time spent as a Partner in Y&R George Patterson (WPP Group) and independent consultancy work for industries as diverse as Mining, Pharmaceuticals and Education in South America, South Africa and Eastern Europe.
Combination of undergraduate and post graduate achievements including a Masters in International Business and accreditation as an HBDI Certified Practitioner building high performing teams through leadership preference mapping, conflict resolution & influencing techniques and higher productivity per FTE through EQ capability build. Current role leads the Unilever Refreshment Category for South East Asia & Australasia, coupled with commercial delivery & expansion of the recently acquired T2Tea business globally.
Regional Vice President SEAA @ Leading brand development for the Refreshment Portfolio for the region covering Icecream and Beverages From November 2011 to Present (4 years 2 months) Vice President - South East Asia & Australasia @ Oversees a portfolio of Icecream & Beverage brands worth c 1billion Euros (GSV) having close to doubled the business during her tenure. In addition, she runs T2 Tea (a recently acquired luxe retail store business) driving its global expansion across markets and omni-channel. From April 2006 to Present (9 years 9 months) Vice President Brand Development - Icecream Category @ Driving the business for Unilever's Icecream Category in Asia-ANZ, covering a portfolio of global power brands and local jewels which include Walls / Streets, Magnum, Ben & Jerrys, Cornetto, Paddle Pop....to name a few. The region covers South Asia, South East Asia, Australasia and North Asia.
