I’m acutely aware of the need to tread a fine line between aggressive sales growth and customer success. My over riding goal as Director of Customer Success is to consistently exceed client implementation expectations, thus establishing ROI and the perfect springboard for up and cross-sell opportunities. That said I’m not an exec who flies solo. My post acquisition experience has reinforced my already strong view that sustainable results rely on the right team and customer advocacy, combined with razor-sharp sales and strong engineering engagement. I’m particularly proud to have been one of the three Board Members and founders of the Data Scout Group who took the risky, but heavily researched decision to change business model and launch as an ISV on Feb 1 2012.
