Led the design and development of the Global Finance Action Learning Program; an initiative that provides key finance talent with an opportunity to collaborate on cross-geographic teams to create solutions to address key challenges facing the Finance function.
Led the design, development and implementation of the Coca-Cola Finance Summer Internship Program. Built relationships with target colleges and universities, led volunteer Campus Leaders in the candidate recruiting process, influenced key finance leaders to sponsor a summer intern and managed all aspects of the overall program. Created a strong program supported by professional development, leadership exposure, mentoring and networking. As of June 2010, 9 of 20 Finance MBA interns (since 2007) have accepted full-time opportunities within The Coca-Cola System.
