As a part of the top management, actively participated, contributed, developed & executed many strategies in Mall Management, Alternate Revenue Generation through Optimized Tenant Mix, Operations, Marketing, PR, Leasing, FM, Service Outsourcing & Retail Hierarchy; both as a team leader & team member. Shopping Centre Manager - Al Khor Mall, Qatar @ • Al Khor Mall, is the latest addition to the vast & effective yet underutilized retail sector of Qatar. Located in the outskirts of Doha but with a rich & powerful purchasing potential primary catchment clientèle arousing from the nearby gas & petroleum communities. It’s a .6 million sq.ft " Pocket Sized Herculez " Shopping Mall with about 100 retail units & 40 RMU’s, with a Hypermarket, Food Court, Multiplex Cinema & FEC, opened on July 2012. As the head of the center I had to participate, devise & implement timelines as well as guidelines for my colleagues and myself for the smooth coordination for the execution of the project, which involves three phases in concise viz. a) Construction Phase, b) Commercial/ Leasing Phase & c) Operational Phase. Currently actively involved in the phase C along with the Project Department, Leasing Team & Board of Directors, with future proofing also taken care for phase C.

Scope for Future Expansion of Retail & Redesigning of the Retail Mix From January 2011 to Present (5 years) QatarDty Centre Manager - Al Wahda Mall, AUH @ Al Wahda Mall, is a 3.2 million sqft shopping mall at the heart of AbuDhabi, UAE. My responsibilities are to assist/execute/devise methods to provide stability/enhance the clientèle. Accrued experience on field with earned knowledge helped me to be at a better position to assess the changes in consumer behavior to do an effective retail planning.
Leasing : Responsible for evaluating, negotiating and closing short term and long term lease deals for mall with retailers. Had to track Retail Brands, Performance of Retailers, emergence of new Brands and Formats and Lease rent trends for different Retailer categories. Alternate Revenue Generation through Critical Forecasting, Planning and Execution.
Marketing : Responsible for creating & implementing marketing strategy for the mall with skill sets in the Brand Management and Brand Hierarchies.

Retail Relations : Responsible for maintaining excellent relations with all Retailers, addressing their needs, problems and suggestions. Had to coordinate with Retailers for all Mall events and functions. Supervise Fit-out.
Public Relations : Responsible for coordinating with the authorities for the necessary permissions and requirements.
Training & Development : Responsible for creating the training calendar for the employees in liaise with external as well as internal training agencies.
