My customers were primarily within FMCG and fashion, and I supported them to increase brand awareness, e- commerce and traffic to websites and campaigns. During this time net sales increased by 18 % while costs were down by 10 %. I held the position as CEO until the owners gave me the task of divesting the company, which I succeeded in doing.
In co-operation with Sweden’s leading experts, Inspirata AB and Svenska Hälsocampen promotes a healthier lifestyle by providing education and training within nutrition, exercise and behavior. The company was comprised of 12 persons and addressed both the consumer and the enterprise market. As CEO, I had both the operational as well as strategic responsibility for the company’s operations. I engaged daily in business development, sales, KPI follow-up and marketing.
Every month I prepared and presented decision proposals and reports to the Board. From August 2011 to October 2012 (1 year 3 months) SwedenBoard Member Sqore (Student Competitions) @ Sqore (Student Competitions) web portal is one of the world’s foremost student competition portals where companies can engage-, and interact with students worldwide. The company create and market recruitment- and open innovation competitions to students worldwide. The portal is also used for recruitment as the underlying database can single out top students. I was a member of the board in four of GIAB’s subsidiaries.
As investment manager I was responsible for analyzing potential investments and prepare decision on investments for GIAB management.
I reported to the CEO and worked closely with the CEO and Chairman of the Board. I assisted them in the strategic planning, decision proposals, analyses and reports on a range of matters. operational sales meaning that I was the one executing the sales strategy. The
