Guided the senior leadership team through the process of assessing the organization's readiness to fully implement such a program.• Established the call-to-action for a quality transformation at a large consumer goods manufacturer in a post-merger situation while working directly with the CTO – analyzed operations, identified cost-of-quality savings of over $75MM per year and recommended a path to achieving those savings.• Improved the effectiveness of a national organization through a complete operational diagnostic. Examined demographic trends, performed analysis of its existing processes, identified gaps and areas of improvement and put in place short- and medium-term recommendations for key departments.Corporate Strategy• Developed a long-term strategy for an $800MM established biochemical R&D company. Identified growth opportunities, laid out a plan to achieve cost savings and also evaluated smaller players ($50MM - $100MM size) in the market as potential acquisition targets.• Set up a $25MM public-private partnership for improving drug safety in the United States, and coordinated diverse participants from government, the non-profit sector and pharmaceutical companies to drive the project forward. Led teams of senior leaders from a number of organizations to develop a project timeline and staff sub-tasks as needed to drive the project forward.Organizational Design• Planned an organizational redesign for a $1.5B rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company. Led the process of redesigning governance bodies and defining the structure and empowerment of teams. • Guided the leadership of a $3B technology company through the process of examining its organizational structure, determining if the structure was conducive to executing the company's business plan.
