Responsible for the quality assurance, release engineering, and the technical publications teams for an enterprise level, high availability, and real time transaction processing system. I led a team of 14 Waltham based resources and 20 additional resources located in Milwaukee and India. In my role I greatly improved my teams’ processes, efficiencies and predictability in the areas of planning, scheduling, and automation, all while maintaining SAS70 and HIPAA compliance. From 2008 to 2011 (3 years) Waltham, MADirector, Development @ Responsible for all of Relicore’s engineering activities following our acquisition by Symantec in February of 2006.
