His background in executive recruiting includes managing a full desk, a department of highly talented recruiters, and going on to manage a company of 18. Mike brings 12 years of experience in mentoring and managing others to help achieve their goals. Prior to recruiting, he was a Combat Medical and Non-Commissioned Office in the Army and had a drink distribution business while in college. He attended the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business with studies in Entrepreneurship and Business Operations as well as from the University of Phoenix. He was previously an active member of the U.S. Army and National Guard. Mike spends much of his free time in the outdoors boating, skiing, fishing, and hunting. He enjoys being a part of growing businesses and ideas. He is currently working on a Rum company and Technology/Web company. From 2006 to 2012 (6 years) Combat Medic/Sergeant/Non-Commissioned Officer @ Active Army and National Guard Service Provided medical support for Army, National Guard, FEMA, and other government agencies. I also mentored and trained combat medics, enlisted, and officers in medical practices used in the military. My Army unit and the US Air Force worked in tandem to secure strategic locations including US Central Command during Mission Iraqi Freedom and Noble Eagle.
