Senior Product Analyst @ Lead Product Analyst for team determining traveler experience strategy across global brands and focus on optimizing traveler conversion. Product Analyst for teams in charge of traveler property page experience and traveler eCommerce. I also support our Australia/New Zealand brands. In these roles I provide product recommendations, analysis, analytics and database reporting, testing readouts and deliver analytics tagging and tracking requirements. Through these teams I regularly collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and Product Marketers globally. From April 2014 to Present (1 year 9 months) Austin, Texas AreaProduct Analyst @ Lead Product Analyst for GT Traveler (EU focus), Native Mobile Applications, Owners Direct, Homelidays, Top Rural, Vacation Rentals and Community Product Line Teams, where I provided analysis, analytics and database reporting, testing readouts and tagging and tracking requirements for both the owner and traveler sides of the business. Managed Product Analytics intern and continued to provide global analytics training. From January 2013 to March 2014 (1 year 3 months) Austin, Texas AreaWeb Analyst @ Initially in charge of requirements and QA of analytics tagging for all HomeAway brands worldwide. Became Web Analytics representative for Mobile, Bed and Breakfast and Vacation Rentals Product Line Teams, where I provided analytical insights on site performance. Worked closely with our Southern and Central Europe teams to assist them with testing, analysis, site tagging and other general analytics questions. Worked in a temporarily dedicated aspect to new Coremetrics clients to ramp them up on how to obtain the greatest benefit from our analytics. Part of a Client Services team that was a finalist for the Technology Services Industry Association's (formerly SSPA) Star Award for Best Practices in Customer Support in both 2009 and 2010, and who have also generated the highest client satisfaction scores in the company's history. From July 2008 to May 2010 (1 year 11 months) Administrative Assistant @ Clerical and general office work for CPAs. Acquired proficiency with Access. From August 2004 to July 2008 (4 years) Intern @ On the initial interactive development team for the AdGrad.org website. AdGrad.org is a $100,000 innovative start-up pilot project for the UT Advertising & Public Relations department, involving 6,000 alumni & 1,200 students. Involved from pre-concept to the finished product, and every step in between. From August 2006 to May 2008 (1 year 10 months) Draftsperson @ Architectural drafting of site plans. Proficient with DataCad program, which is an architect’s version of AutoCad. From June 1999 to December 2006 (7 years 7 months) Intern @ Assisted the advertising sales representatives by preparing media kits and mailings, as well as cold call prospecting for potential clients.
