Michelle graduated from the Royal Institute of Art & Design with a First Class Honours Degree in Visual Communication’s then continued to exceed in two Masters a year later in Digital Media and Fine Art. After gaining relevant qualifications moved to London to work in the freelance world of Graphic Design, Advertising and Marketing. Major projects included working in and Supporting The Torch Trophy Trust Appeal - gaining and liaising with customers and delivering graphical solutions for conferences and Exhibitions. Later clients included His Royal Highness Prince Phillip, where Michelle Staged the Fifty Years celebrations of His Highness's contributions towards Charities across the UK and Europe alike.
After numerous projects Michelle then Joined Lockheed Martin, a leading Systems Integrator and Supplier of High Technology Systems and Services to Defense and Civil Customers. Thrust into the world of Proposals as a Designer Consultant Michelle has gained experience in Concept Visual Design and Project Coordination/Management working on numerous successful Bids to the MOD under extreme pressure and tight deadlines. With over 8 years’ experience within this field Michelle is now willing to take on more interesting roles and experience. Michelle is SC Cleared, with history of being cleared higher, she is more than able to adapt to working in secured environments. She has worked from PQQ beginning to end bid practices and is fully trained in ‘Best Practice’
Also Michelle works directly with the Communication’s department at Lockheed dealing with In House Marketing Campaigns, Advertising, Exhibition Design and PR. Assisting with shows such as ‘Farnborough Air show’ to setting up and arranging large scale conferences for Lockheed Employees.
