I am a project manager in the utility industry, with a focus in IT/telecommunications. I have a Computer Engineering degree from UNC Charlotte, and am looking to pursue my MBA. I have a technical background, but I am now working in a project management role. I am very passionate about my job and love the different challenges I am faced with.

Duke Energy Renewables – I coordinated resources and aligned the Telecom organization with our unique needs for wind and solar sites. Overall, I am making sure that telecom has a long term, more strategic view of our Non Regulated Renewable requirements.
Duke Energy International (DEI) - I have the responsibility to help integrate Duke Corporate Telecom and DEI to help leverage current processes to increase efficiency and cost savings. Duke Energy has locations in Guatemala, Brazil, Peru, Argentina, El Salvador, Chile, and Ecuador.
Telecom Project Coordinator:
Lee Nuclear Station - I was responsible for coordinating the design, procurement, and implementation for all communications needs. This will be a $20M dollar project over the next 10 years. From March 2012 to January 2015 (2 years 11 months) Charlotte, North Carolina AreaTelecom Engineer @ In this role I was responsible for implementing multiple projects on the Voice Design Team. In addition I was the Cisco product line manager, responsible for all new installations and maintenance of the current environment.

• Drove specification development for the SAP-GTS project as a functional developer by writing specification documents, working with the development team to code technical documents, and configured SAP-GTS to meet the business requirements.
• Experienced a full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and had involvement in all phases of the project. This included the blueprint, implementation, and testing phases. From June 2008 to May 2009 (1 year) Co-Op Engineer @ Worked with a test team that was responsible for developing, validating, and testing software blocks for GE distributed control systems. Experience using Mercury Quick Test Pro (QTP) and implemented automation testing for the EX2100ST, using VBScript. From May 2007 to August 2007 (4 months)
