Michael has excellent customer service skills and has the ability to work effectively and efficiently being independent or as part of a team. Looking ahead, Michael is constantly improving himself in all areas and skills to ensure that he can progress within his career.End User Support Technician @ After being at JUST EAT for just 4 months an opportunity came up to work in the London office taking on a more senior role within the End User Computing Team as End User Support Technician. additional responsibilities include: • Installing and configuring Window's machines (WDS) • Installing and configuring Mac OSX laptops and placing them onto the JUST-EAT domain (Centrify) • Induct new colleagues into JUST-EAT • Taking responsibility for 300+ users in a Dev environment • Daily checks to make sure that all user facing solutions are working correctly • Using software such as, Parallels 8/9/10/11, Microsoft Office 2007/10/13, ESET Endpoint Antivirus, Ciso any-connect VPN Client, Boot-camp for Mac, • Troubleshooting mobile devices on Android and IOS operating systems • Troubleshooting operating systems for Windows 7/8/8.1/10, Mac OSX and Chrome OS • Re-write outdated documentation for our internal knowledge base • Supporting the Executive team as well as Directors with the Executive Support Technician as a second point of contact Michael has also been involved in projects working with the End User Toolset Manager at JUST EAT. • Setting up a new printer solution for this office using Google Cloud Print • Configure and install Asus Chromebox for Meetings to connect work colleagues all around the world and bring our meeting rooms to an acceptable standard for internal and external personnel • Provide a conferencing solution for our main board room to work with Google Hangouts • Configuring the AV for our auditorium for brown bag sessions and meet ups • Installing and configuring PC's for our call center in the Borehamwood office including upgrade to windows 10 • Being involved with the "Techaway" function of the End User Computing Team • Organising events to raise money for charity • Creating a Google Sheet to audit software licence keys so that the team can store and locate easily. • Being a photographer at JUST EAT events From August 2014 to Present (1 year 5 months) London, United KingdomIdentity and infrastructure Engineer (Secondment) @ Michael was offered a one month secondment into a different team to gain new skills. These included: • AWS • Github • Azure • Domain Controllers running Windows 2012 R2 As part of Michael's secondment he was tasked to create two websites for JUST EAT endusers to run on there internal ADFS page using html and css. The websites are being hosted in AWS via a S3 bucket.
