I was responsible for giving advice to customers, helping them with their problems and ofcourse try to sell as many phones and accessoires as possible. Ended my career at T-Mobile earlier as expected due to the takeover from Tele2 of Versatel, which turned Versatel into a direct Rival from T-Mobile, where I was doing my internship. From January 2007 to April 2007 (4 months) Helpdesk employee @ Through the Operator Group Delft, I obtained a part-time job at Versatel at the IT Helpdesk. Worked here as a helpdesk employee where I answered phonecalls from internal and external Tele2 employees with computer and network related issues. I was also responsible for the writting an entire Lotus Notes manual during the implementation of this great software. After I obtained an internship at the IT Development department through my ex manager, I no longer had time to work at Helpdesk with the best team it ever had.
