For many years now I have been dedicating myself to making my customers more successful and more productive. I pride myself in understanding the needs of those I serve and in this understanding being able to suggest ways to improve their processes. The key to productivity is having the right information at the right time. The technology used to obtain this information is of lesser importance then the information itself, but is a critical component nonetheless.
I have designed and built transactional processing systems which collect the most complete and accurate data. I have designed and built data pipeline systems which collect data from the internet as people are searching and viewing ads. I have designed and built reporting systems to present data to analysts to give them the insights needed to propel a business to new heights. All the while with an eye toward increasing the productivity and success of my customer.
Director of Product Management, Information Architecture @ I have recently shifted my focus to gain understanding and lend my experience and direction to the realm of audience data within Yahoo. Interacting with arguably Yahoo's most valuable asset, petabytes of data that we collect about our user's engagement with our products and offerings, I will partner with our customers to design, build and support instrumentation, pipelines, warehouses, marts and tools to provide analytics and insights to increase revenue, advertiser reach and publisher engagement.
