Team includes 35 project management and business operations professionals from director to individual contributor levels across 4 offices.
Drive organizational planning activities – recently merging three separate 150+ person business units into single organization. Specific to business operations and project management: merged four operations and project management teams into a single organization; drove change management activities with the goal of bringing consistency in practices and level of accountability to the organization, finding efficiencies in operation, and creating a culture of teamwork.
Provide a management framework to drive accountability at the project level, including regular status updates, dependency management, and project escalations
Oversee portfolio management and resource capacity planning activities. Includes project prioritization, headcount capacity planning, and new project initiation
Drive process improvement projects meant to improve overall management of the organization. Includes employee career roadmap planning, documenting software development process and role accountability, consistent reporting, and employee engagement.
Oversee annual financial planning and monthly forecasting activities. Ownership of all financial aspects of $120 million organization.
